Contact Form Demo (#3)

UV fused silica operates from 190nm-2100nm. Compared with N-BK7, UV fused silica has a lower refractive index, better uniformity and lower thermal expansion coefficient at a given wavelength. The loss of each surface of the uncoated window is 4%, and the anti-reflection coating reduces the surface loss to Ravg<0.5%. When the incident angle is between 0° and 30°, the anti-reflection coating has ideal performance. And compared with natural quartz, it has a very low fluorescence level, making it an ideal choice for applications in the ultraviolet to near-infrared band.

UV fused silica high-precision flat windows are parallel plane plates, usually used as protective films for electronic sensors or external environment detectors. Available in uncoated and four broadband AR coating versions: UV (250-425nm), VIS (350-700nm), NIR (600-1100nm) or SWIR (900-1700nm).

Common materials include China JGS1, JGS2, JGS3, Corning 7980, Japan OHARA SK-1300 and Germany Schott BF33.

Optical Planar Quartz Brewster Window

The fused silica Brewster window utilizes the total reflection property of the material. When the incident light is incident at a specific incident angle (called the Brewster angle of the material), the S polarization component of the incident light is partially reflected, while the P component is almost completely transmitted.

Five models are available in the following sizes: (1) uncoated; (2) UV film (250-400nm); (3) VIS film (350~700nm); (4) NIR film (600~1100nm); (5) SWIR film (900~1700nm).

Quartz Flat Wedge Window

UV fused silica high-precision wedge windows (prisms) are often used to deflect the incident light beam to a specified direction at an agreed deflection angle. When used in pairs, the outgoing light beam can be positioned in any direction within an angle cone with the incident light beam as the axis through the relative rotation of the two wedges.

Five models are available in the following sizes: (1) uncoated; (2) UV film (250-400nm); (3) VIS film (350~700nm); (4) NIR film (600~1100nm); (5) SWIR film (900~1700nm).

Quartz High Precision Parallel Flat Crystals

There are two types of fused quartz high-precision optical parallel flat crystals: single-sided flat crystals and double-sided flat crystals.

Optical Flat Crystal

Single-sided flat crystals fused quartz high-precision single-sided optical flat crystal has been precisely ground and polished, and its flatness accuracy is very high. It is often used as a standard plane to detect and identify the flatness error and grinding performance of other components with high gloss surfaces.

Double-sided flat crystals fused quartz high-precision double-sided optical flat crystal have been precisely ground and polished. Both the upper and lower surfaces have high flatness accuracy and high parallelism. Any side can be used as a standard plane, which is often used to detect and identify the flatness error and grinding performance of other components with high gloss surfaces.
