The energy matching type biochemical filter is a customized narrowband bandpass filter specifically designed for automatic biochemical analyzers and multi-channel enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyzers. It is classified as type III biochemical filter in the industry

The biochemical analyzer comes standard with halogen tungsten lamp light source, which has a naturally uneven spectrum: 340nm ultraviolet energy is extremely low, and 546/578 visible light energy is extremely strong; Paired with silicon optoelectronic PD detectors, the difference in raw signals between different wavelength channels can reach several to ten times.
Ordinary uniform transmittance filters will exhibit:
Weak 340nm channel signal, baseline drift, and poor repeatability;
578/630nm signal saturation, AD sampling overflow;
The gain level difference of multi-channel circuits is large, and the calibration of the whole machine is complex.

After special design, the coating film system is customized in layers, and the peak transmittance of each filter is artificially differentiated to offset the “difference in spectral energy of the light source+difference in detector response”. Finally, the light energy output of all wavelength channels reaching the photoelectric tube tends to be equal, and all channels of the whole machine can share the same amplification gain, greatly simplifying the circuit and calibration process.
