There are two main routes for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA/ELISA) filters: colorimetric ELISA (the most popular transmission absorption method) and fluorescent enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (F-ELISA).
1) Colorimetric ELISA (ordinary enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, TMB substrate)
Industry standard wavelength: 450 nm
The maximum absorption peak after HRP+TMB substrate termination reaction is included as standard in 80% commercial ELISA kits: 492 nm
Classical wavelength of OPD substrate: 405 nm
AP enzyme/PNPP substrate: 620/630 nm
Universal for mass production: Φ 8/Φ 10mm
2) Fluorescent enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (fluorescent enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, multifunctional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay)
Falling fluorescent light path, paired use: excitation filter Excitation+emission filter Emission, optional dichroic mirror Dicroic
Common fluorescent channels:
FITC：Ex488 / Em525
Cy3/TAMRA：Ex550 / Em578
Cy5：Ex630 / Em665
