Laser Waveplates
Borisun Optics has launched the Air Gap Zero Order Waveplates inventory standard components designed for spectral wavelengths emitted by 355nm, 532nm, 632.8nm, 780nm, 850nm, 1064nm, and 1550nm lasers, with dimensions of 12.7mm and 25.4mm and phase delays of λ/2 and λ/4. This air gap zero order waveplate is fixed by two quartz waveplates through a bracket, and its optical axis is orthogonal. Due to the thickness difference between the two quartz waveplates, it can produce zero order phase delay in applications.
The waveplate is pre installed in a black anodized aluminum ring for easy installation and use. This air gap zero order waveplate has the characteristics of wide temperature variation range, wide wavelength variation range, accurate phase delay, and ability to withstand high laser power. These characteristics are not possessed by multi-stage waveplates, so these waveplates are used in products and related fields such as lasers, laser systems, education and research, laser processing, etc. At the same time, we can also customize air gap zero order waveplates that meet your usage requirements according to your needs.
