Biochemical filters are specifically used in biochemical analyzers and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyzers, and are the core components of optical systems. After six generations of product development, Borisun has formed three major series, with over 60 wavelengths and more than 200 models and specifications of products. The wavelength range covers ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared, with a large number of optional wavelengths. There is a standard product available every 3nm-5nm to meet diverse needs.

 Borisun biochemical filters are designed according to the optical path system of different instruments, and are divided into standard biochemical filters, energy matching biochemical filters, and multi-channel spectral biochemical filters. The unique deep cutoff, rectangular waveform, and ultra-high signal-to-noise ratio design ensure that the product achieves good absorbance testing accuracy, linearity, and consistency of detection results. The product performance has reached an advanced level, and the maximum absorbance test can reach 4ABS or above.

We use plasma assisted deposition (PIAD) and ion beam assisted deposition (IAD) processes to manufacture these filters, ensuring stable spectral performance and long service life of the filters.
