Borisun provides laser mirrors for ultraviolet (UV), visible light (VIS) and infrared (NIR/IR) bands. Depending on the application wavelength, power, environment and other factors, different mirror substrates can be selected, including: BK7, fused quartz, microcrystalline glass (Zerodur), single crystal silicon, silicon carbide (SiC), etc.

Reflectivity and surface shape are two important indicators of laser reflectors. The reflectivity of laser reflectors is usually greater than 99%, and the surface shape is usually less than λ/2. At the same time, high-energy laser reflectors also need to have good surface quality and high laser damage threshold. Laser reflectors are used in a very wide range of fields, including: lasers, laser equipment, medical instruments, optical communications, etc. When selecting laser reflectors, the substrate material, reflectivity, surface shape, surface quality, and the corresponding working environment are all factors that need to be considered.

Quartz Laser Mirrors

UV Fused Silica Laser Mirrors use high-quality fused quartz substrates (high-precision processed quartz optical substrates effectively reduce light scattering) and are equipped with all-medium high-reflective coatings to provide a high reflection efficiency of >99.5% in the range of YAG laser wavelengths (266nm, 355nm, 532nm, 1064nm) and argon ion laser wavelengths (244nm-528nm).

This type of fused quartz laser mirror can be widely used in lasers, laser equipment, medical instruments, optical communications and other fields.

The coating design of all laser mirrors includes two applications: 0° and 45°. The stock diameters are 12.5mm, 25mm, 50mm, and customization is accepted.

High Power Nd:YAG Laser Mirrors

High Energy Nd:YAG Laser Mirrors with a size of Φ25.4mm and an incident angle of 0° and 45° are available as standard optical components. We can also customize a variety of high power Nd: YAG laser mirrors to meet your needs.

This high power Nd: YAG laser mirror is made of Corning 7980 as the substrate material and ultra-hard dielectric coating. This high power Nd: YAG laser mirror has high reflectivity and a high laser damage threshold of up to 40J/cm² at the specified wavelength. This high power Nd: YAG laser mirror has a wide range of applications in the field of laser processing.

Borofloat® 33 Laser Reflector

Borofloat® 33 Laser line Dielectric Mirrors are standard optical components in stock with incident angles of 0°~45° and sizes of Φ12.7mm, Φ25.4mm, Φ30mm, and Φ50.8mm.

This Borofloat® 33 laser line Dielectric Mirror has the characteristics of wide incident angle, high reflectivity (>98.5%), and medium-to-high laser damage threshold (2J/cm²@10ns, Pulse), which enables it to meet the needs of various applications of laser line Dielectric Mirrors.

Zerodur Laser Line Dielectric Mirrors

The incident angle is 0°~45°, the diameter is 25.4mm, the spectral range is 488nm~1550nm, the damage threshold is 500W/cm²CW, 5J/cm²for10nsecpulses, are standard optical components in stock.

This laser line reflector has the characteristics of a wide spectral range, a large incident angle range, and high reflectivity, which enables it to meet the requirements of laser reflection and its appearance is more like ceramic.

Zerodur is brighter than ceramic, tougher than glass, and almost does not react with air, so it can last for a long time. Moreover, compared with natural stone, Zerodur also has the advantages of uniform strength, simple process, and low cost. It is a new type of environmentally friendly green material.

Zerodur Broadband Metal Laser Mirrors

Zerodur Broadband Metal Laser Mirrors with a diameter of 25.4mm, an incident angle of 0°~45° and a spectral range of 266nm~20000nm are standard optical components in stock.

This laser line mirror has the characteristics of wide spectral range, large incident angle range, and high reflectivity, which can meet the needs of various applications of laser mirrors.

Zerodur itself has no radioactive pollution and is a new type of environmentally friendly green material with a natural and soft texture, zero water absorption, no pollution, harder than natural stone, not easily damaged, and excellent weather resistance and durability.

Concave Broadband Metal Mirrors

Borofloat® 33 Laser Line Dielectric Mirrors are stock standard optical components with diameters of 12.7mm, 25.4mm, 50.8mm, incident angles of 0°~15° and spectral ranges of 266nm ~20000nm.

Borofloat® 33 glass is a high-quality borosilicate glass with uniform texture, extremely high surface flatness and good optical properties. It has excellent light transmittance in the spectral range, making it widely used.

Ultrafast Low-latency Reflector

Ultrafast low-latency laser reflectors with a diameter of 25.4mm and a wavelength range of 1030-1050nm and 510-530nm are standard stock products.

This reflector is made of high-quality fused quartz as a substrate and coated with multi-layer dielectric films. It has the characteristics of a wide spectral range and high reflectivity, making it widely used in laser marking, laser welding, laser cutting, education and scientific research and other related fields. At the same time, we can provide you with customized services according to your usage requirements.
